From the first time I walked in to get more information from Francis, everything was straightforward, honest, and no-nonsense. It's a solid space to work out without pressure. The recent expansion has added another level of real functionality and appeal, making the space even better. You get high-quality equipment, a clean and well-designed space, and great coaching without paying for hype or trends. It feels like a smart investment if you're serious about training. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and non-judgmental--people of all levels are there to work out, and it's easy to feel comfortable whether you're new or experienced. Personal training with Francis has also been great. He's knowledgeable, has a good sense of humor, and makes sessions enjoyable while helping you see real progress. I'd highly recommend Axioms to anyone looking for a clean, functional gym with great equipment, fair pricing, and an inclusive, down-to-earth environment.

What I love most is that I don't have to think about the workouts at all. The trainers have everything planned, and every single day is different -- not one workout has ever been the same. They are constantly watching your form and correcting you, which makes a huge difference in feeling confident and avoiding injury, especially when you don't know what you're doing, like me. He's has endless knowledge about health, fitness, music, you name it. Really cool guy. We even got to do some Olympic lifting movements, since he's a certified trainer. Unfortunately, I had to end my membership because I couldn't afford it anymore, but hoping to come back when I can. Definitely recommend training here!

He's incredibly attentive during our sessions, correcting my form and pushing my goals each week. I'm a competitive person, and I thrive off challenges and raising the bar. I feel super comfortable with Braedon, knowing he will challenge me in a safe and supportive way. My goals with TWD have been to gain weight and gain muscle, and for the first time in my life I actually see and feel the results of my hard work. I wouldn't work with anyone else - Gio is the absolute best. I encourage anyone who has any kind of apprehension about trying weight lifting or personal training for the first time to give this company a try. It's not a high stress gym bro type of environment, I have seen all kinds of people training. Gio really makes you feel seen and heard and encourages you to do your best in a welcoming way. I have some past injuries that tend to flare and Gio helps me work around them without hesitation. You can tell he is very knowledgeable about how the body actually moves and functions. I felt pretty intimated by weights or anything that wasn't a cardio machine before Train With Dave and I know I was really missing out because I am finally seeing my body change now that I've incorporated them. They also review your food and discuss your nutrition as well which is such a huge part of getting to your goals. I have learned so much about what I should be eating or swapping and I thought I knew all the tricks!! Can't recommend them enough, you will be in great hands with this group.
