My resizing and appraisals were completed in about 7 days which I thought was remarkable. My next trip in, I decided to resize a bracelet and reset a ring. Mike personally helped me and was incredibly helpful. Once my jewelry updates were complete- within the stated timeframe, by the way- I picked them up and I was absolutely floored at how beautifully they turned out. I wanted a cushion cut stone, so she was able to pull many different stones in my price range and I found one that I absolutely loved. I live in California now, but she is still my jeweler of choice. Over the Christmas holiday I was in town and I came back to Rachel for a smaller project - shortening the chain of a delicate 14k gold necklace.
