I made an appointment at Claire's to pierce my mom's ears; however, that fell through and this kiosk was pretty much in front of Claire's, so we stopped in. The employee who helped us was very attentive and my mom was the 2nd customer waiting. The piercing is free; however, you must purchase a pair of earrings (cheapest pair was 40.00). The employee (didn't get her name) was very patient with my elderly mom (80) and very nice as well.
