They want your equipment to repair and resell it. The owner, Andrew King, pretends to be the delivery driver. We had to ask for police assistance to get our equipment back. They will give you bogus stories for weeks and months, hoping you will just abandon the equipment and not take them to court. I would have never used them to begin with based on the other reviews where other people got scammed in the same way. I work in legal and was assisting my elderly father to get his equipment back. Unfortunately he did not call in advance so I wasn't prepared. I was in the middle of something that I couldn't drop and took me about 10 min. Then the snow blower was on the back porch so I had to add gas, get out the electric start cord and bring it out front. When I got there he had left. When I called him he was very rude saying he had already wasted a half hour and would have to clean the carb (he claimed the gas was bad but it ran fine). Most of this could have been avoided if he would have just called before coming so I could be ready for him. Never will call him again for anything.
