I used Hahn's Photo for family pictures when they did a Groupon. It was easy to book an…read moreappointment. I got to choose the location (was also offered suggestions if needed). One photographer worked with us, and she was very sweet and did a great job. The photos turned out very well. It was easy to view the images online and place an order through SmugMug Pro. Prices were fair. I also got the jpegs for the images I purchased. Some photographers charge for the digital images, which doesn't seem right (unless that's all you're purchasing), so I really appreciated that. Communication was a little difficult after the photo session took place. If I had questions about my order, some of my emails never got a response. I was also a little disappointed that there was never a "thank you for your order" or any sign of appreciation for the business. I could have just taken the free 11x14 that came with the Groupon and not spent any more money, but I ordered lots of prints. I realize I was a Groupon customer and may have received a discount, but isn't the idea of a Groupon for a small, local business to get exposure and generate more future business? I don't feel like they did a great job representing their company in that respect; I'm not 100% sure I would use them again. But they take nice photos, and I wish them the best.
