I had some of my artwork printed on large scale paper and needed some frames to put them in. I came to Picture Box and was greeted with a friendly smile and introduction from the staff. They can make up a frame for you with an array of different patterns and designs but also have a whole bunch of pre-made frames in the back. Up for sale as well is art from local and international artists. There's a bunch of eclectic styles on show that would suit a variety of individuals. Unfortunately i couldn't find a frame that matched my print size so the gentleman in the store informed me that their Clifton Hill store have a much larger selection of pre-made frames (i did need the frames on the day). read more

PICTURE BOX CLIFTON HILL: Paid over $1200 for photographs in frames, only to be told delivery is not included and would be an additional $60. When I asked if there was any chance to get anyone to drop them off (6 blocks) as they didn't fit in my car, the rude woman at the counter said "do you know of any furniture company that offers free delivery???" in the most sarcastic and rude way. When I said to her, "Actually yes, Freedom, Matt Blatt, Sokol and Dare, for any orders over $99" her response was "well that's their business and this is ours"....it wasn't the "no" response, it was the tone of what she said. I ended up hiring a car to pick the items up. Just rude. I dress houses for a living, and have never had dealing like this... "You work on commission right? Big mistake, HUGE"...:won't go there again and will make sure everyone knows what bad service they have there. read more
