However, something to note is that they do have a 13% tax, which can be a drastic amount, but I do appreciate that they are very honest and transparent about it with their sign above the cashiers. While we waited others came and left because they didn't wait to wait: We were just getting ready to walk away (after about 10 minutes of waiting or so) and when someone came out and we caught the door and slipped inside. While looking around we heard the doorbell ring so it was definitely working. What kind of business practice is this to treat your customers like this? They do have a lot of cool stuff but it's not cheap. Not worth waiting out in the rain for (thankfully it was a dry day for us).

I assume it was the owner Khloe who was working because she had her beautiful new born baby with her and she was very knowledgable. I picked up a dress and fell in love with it right then and there. It was a little pricey but after talkng to Khloe she said well if you dont try it on you'll never know! So i gave it a go and it was just as beautiful on as it was on the hanger. So I splurged. But long story short, I found the owner extremely helpful and easy to talk to. Cutest little Boutique!! I'll be back :)
