Sasha and her team at Picnic Makers were simply amazing! We worked with them for my daughter's 50th birthday weekend in the Pacific Palisades and they made all of her wishes come true within the budget we targeted. And when the 1% chance of rain happened in LA and washed out our pajama beach brunch, they quickly pivoted to make it a cozy boho retreat inside our VRBO. The coordination & communication between us and the caterer was seamless beforehand and throughout the weekend. I would absolutely work with them again. read more

I booked a birthday beach picnic with Picnic Makers and the process from start to finish was so easy and smooth. I communicated mostly with Christine via calls/emails to pick a beach (which she provided suggestions for), the color theme, and add-ons. Every interaction was pleasant and helpful. I chose Will Rogers State beach and was lucky the weather that weekend was very nice and not too hot. Katya, who set up our picnic, chose a great spot that wasn't hard to find or walk to, even with bringing our own food/drinks. It surprisingly wasn't too crowded or awkward to have a fancy picnic setup with people around us. My friends and had the most amazing time!! It was such a dream come true and we wished we could've stayed longer haha (I booked for 3 hours which went by fast). The setup was so beautiful and we loved all the detail put into the decorations. It helped to add-on a 4ft table on the side to put the food/drinks and anything extra. Thank you Picnic Makers so much for a fun and beautiful experience!! It was the most special birthday for me and we loved it so much :) read more

PicnicMakers styled my park wedding table set up like an absolute dream! I had about 100 guests for my reception - I booked Picnic Makers for table and chair rentals, table styling, extra tablecloths, umbrellas, and lounge zones. My guests couldn't stop complimenting the choice of chairs and overall set up of the space. The team was incredibly responsive and prompt in answering my hundreds of questions. I had multiple back and forth emails with lots of questions each time and they were so forthcoming with information and responded within 24 hours or sooner. I also had a challenging venue at a regional park with many restrictions and needed a certificate of insurance with very rigid requirements - they were able to quickly get me multiple COIs to send over to the parks team with the necessary revisions. Huge shout out to Olga who scheduled calls with me to check-in and finalize details of the event day make recommendations for styling and choosing decor. I also provided my own centerpieces, table guest favors, and table signage and they were able to set up and incorporate all the details together beautifully. The day of the event, their team arrived early and handled all the breakdown and setup - zero stress on me during my reception day. Thank you so much, I'll definitely be working with your team again in the future for other milestone events that I'm planning! read more

I would recommend this company they were great with the arrangements and preparation for my daughter's proposal. We live out of state and had to arrange via phone and emails, so we were unsure how this was going to be, but it turned out terrific. My only thing, no fault to the company, but when doing on a public beach you just never know how many people will be around the set up, and watching the event. read more

Simply amazing. 5 stars and beyond. I was looking for help to propose to my then girlfriend while we were on a trip to Japan. She had always wanted a beach proposal so that's what Picnic Makers made happen! They have a list of specific locations that they recommend to prevent any complications with plans. (I wanted to go to Laguna but did not know that they require permits 60 days out so that could have gone terribly) They streamlined all communication and even included an amazing photographer. My picnic planner, Karolina, was extremely detail-oriented in helping create my vision in what I wanted for my now fiancé. She took their "normal" set-up and made it look 10x better than it already was. On the day of they continued to maintain perfect communication and let me know exactly where they'd be on the beach. My fiancé was to the moon with this set-up. Last of all, they have extremely competitive prices that I was happy to see compared to other proposal set-up companies. read more
