Also when I get my rare girls nights and we run out of wine or vodka (I blame you Steph!! Lol) they actually deliver alcohol. No one else I know in Vegas does this! I've hit them with short notice and they always come through and quickly. Prices are more than fair and they make it super easy and streamlined. Highly recommend trying them- you won't regret it.

There are tons of opportunities to have weird experiences in Vegas, but I have to say this FedEx…read morelocation was one of the weirdest ones. I had come in to do a pretty easy overnight shipment of a piece of paper. As the person working at the front was typing in my information, she was casually - and more intently - calling out to someone in the back room about an upcoming party order. She said maybe two words to me and 100s to the other person, which made the process go a lot longer. And then, the person she was speaking to came out from the back, and she must have been a manager of sorts (at least based on her attire), and she was equally if not more rude, continuing to take attention away from the person who was supposed to help me with this easy transaction. Thankfully, she eventually asked a more junior associate to help me. I believe his name was Julio. He was so much more professional, and 100 times better to work with. Finally, we could finish this task. Please promote Julio. If you must go to this location, it's hard to find. After coming up the escalators, make a sharp right and go down the hallway.

QDS told me the date and time they would arrive in California and they arrived within 15 minutes of the earliest estimated time frame. Then they carefully packed my belongings and drove it to Las Vegas. When QDS arrived at the storage location, Wes Fullow told me he didn't believe everything would fit in the one locker. (What can I say, I like my stuff). So I rented a second locker, because it was Saturday and the office was about to close. Wes took his time and carefully organized and packed the locker and was able to fit everything inside one locker. Wes said he was trying to save me money. And he did. QDS/Wes was communicative and courteous. And the price was beyond fair. If you need a mover I would highly recommend QDS moving out of Las Vegas.

I walked in stressed out with a complicated, last-minute project, and I walked out feeling completely relieved. Here is why this location is my new go-to: The Staff is Elite: I was struggling with the self-service machines, and a team member noticed immediately. They stepped in, helped me format my files, and offered suggestions on paper weight and finishes that made my presentation look ten times more professional than I had imagined. Speed & Efficiency: Even though the store was busy, they managed the line perfectly. I never felt rushed, yet they moved through orders with incredible speed. Quality of Print: The colors were vibrant, the cuts were precise, and everything was packaged neatly so it wouldn't get damaged on my way out. It's a night-and-day difference compared to home printing. Problem Solvers: I had a file that wouldn't open correctly, and instead of just saying "we can't do it," the staff worked with me to find a workaround. Their "can-do" attitude is exactly what you need when you're on a deadline. Whether you need a simple shipping label, passport photos, or a high-end marketing kit, this is the place to go. Thank you to the hardworking crew here for making a stressful task so easy!
