Very friendly and helpful staff, very nice restaurant, large and deluxe room with a huge bathroom, lots of hot water, lots of towels, very comfortable bed... All in a beautiful building right in the center of town with a great patio. Exactly what I needed. Low key and all about comfort. I enthusiastically recommend.

The rooms simple but complete & clean, the shower is one of the best I have ever experienced. The hotel has limited parking spots as most hotels do allongside the lake but the hotel employees rush in for assistence if you struggle finding a spot. Found staff friendly and helpful, they told us about the big firework display that was being put on at Riva, the next town along, I case we wanted to go watch, as it turned out we could see them from our bedroom window, which was nice. Room was large and airy with a lovely view of the lake, bed was comfortable. There is a kettle in the room but no tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cups or spoons, so was left wondering what is was actually for?? Bathroom had a nice shower, hairdryer and lovely toiletries. Breakfast was a bit of a scram but there was quite a selection to choose from and what I ate was nice, there is even a pancake machine, with one press of a button and a couple of minutes later you have two lovely little pancakes, very impressed, would like one at home! On the whole I would recommend this hotel, it's not right in the centre but it's a couple of minute walk from the lake ferry pick up, which is handy and only about a 5 minute walk into town.
