The really nice waitress told us that the chef, Enrico Dunkel, changes the menu completely more than once a week based on local and seasonable ingredients of course. Each dish was very complicated, and she would spend over a minute explaining each one.
The menu is offered as 4 courses (73 euro), 5 courses (86 euro), and 6 courses (97 euro). When we went, there was one main dish option with 4 appetizers and 2 desserts as options. Thus, we were able to try everything on the menu with the 4-course menu, and we had the wine pairings for about 20 euro.
The meal took over 3 hours! This was quite a surprise so plan accordingly. A reservation is definitely needed.
