I asked her to call the department. I showed her that they were the same scarf by the same maker and that one of them had a tag. She just repeated that she couldn't sell the scarf. I guess the way to bankrupt your locations is to remove all the tags as your staff is unaware how to sort out what something costs. End result: I walked across the street to Appelrath & Cupper and bought €100 worth of scarves and called it a day. Maybe you should invest in some retraining.
