I received a phone call from my 14 year old stating they needed money because they were being "held" there until they paid 350 Euros. Long story short, they hotel manager escorted me to the hair salon and "negotiated" with the salon until the police came. Yes, the police had to come to settle the dispute. It was a long drawn out ordeal, my girls didn't get to eat during the whole time there (close to 6 hours). Their hair did look good but it wasn't they way they were expecting it to come out and one of my daughters stated they ended up getting hair dye in her eye. There are plenty of choices in Naples to have your hair professionally "done", just don't choose Enif.

Le altre volte mi è capitato di poter aver Mariano toccare e benedire i miei capelli e comunque ho sempre amato quello che mi fanno ogni volta. Veramente puoi entrare come sei e uscire come vuoi. Erano 6 anni che non ho potuto tornare ma finalmente sono riuscita. Ne è valsa proprio la pena! Questa volta ho avuto Ciro e ha spesso di tutto e di più nei miei capelli. Non sono uscita con i capelli belli e sentendomi bella ma sono uscita con un capolavoro in testa. Qui i ragazzi sono non solo bravi e dedicati e appassionati con quello che fanno ma fanno un lavoro eccezionale. Ogni tipo di capello è unico e ogni esperienza è unica. So che Balato oggi come oggi ha avuto un sacco di espansioni e adesso ha diversi locali in tutti i posti ma questo per me è molto sentimentale dato che è stata qui la prima volta dove sono venuta. Adoro la qualità Balato e i parrucchieri che non fanno i capelli ma lavori d'arte. Bravissimi. Non vedo l'ora di tornare. Un saluto da New York a tutti!
