I saw Dr. Patterson on 8/2/24 due to an ongoing issue with my lower back. Considering that I have had these issues for years, besides health-related problems, we discussed the best strategy for MRI (to get pre-authorization). Long story short, I need to have records from the same doctor who treated my problems and my injury for a certain period before an MRI is requested, or the doctor needs to use the right approach to get an MRI approved based on previous history records. For example, I had a few surgeries in the past; the last was my right knee, and an MRI was approved in a matter of days with a doctor I saw for the very first time. Even a doctor must submit the request within 48 hours; my request was submitted on 8/14/24, ten business days after the initial visit. On 8/22/24, I found out that the request had been denied, so I called the office the same day to find out what the next steps would be. I was told that the doctor is coming in 30 minutes and will work on my case. On 8/29/24, 27 days after I saw Dr. Patterson, I called my insurance to see if an MRI request had been resubmitted and got feedback that it had not. In those 27 days, there was ZERO communication from the doctor's office regarding what treatments should be done or what steps should be taken. It is such a waste of time with this office; I have requested my medical records and will see someone else. It is more important that the bill is submitted without establishing a diagnosis. Milan

I had an X-Ray and nothing was broken so she sent me to a Physical Therapist. She also recommended a knee sleeve. She said it may not be covered by insurance but would probably cost about $65. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for $136. I have tried contacting the office multiple times but have not received a response. I will go back to the East Cobb office in the future.

My experience with the male therapist was not good at all. Daniel Smith injured me so I am now limping and using a cane. He applied excess force. The Company denied the injury and did not offer help. One of the owners, Daniel Navarro took a walk-in patient during my visit time. He also took time out to do administrative work so I barely got ten minutes out of the thirty minutes scheduled for my visit. My advice is to not use the male therapist here. Very disappointing. SAS
