We drive all the way from Redlands to enjoy the outstanding food at this lovingly run Chinese restaurant in Fontana. It's worth the trip; everything I've had there is the best version of that item that I've ever tried. Their spicy chili oil is *chef's kiss* and we wish they sold it in bulk! But always have to content ourselves with taking away the bonus containers they kindly provide us. We always have leftovers as we order far too much food, and even cold/next day, the shumai is SO good. They put so much energy into their authentic cuisine, I can't imagine why anyone would rate less than 5 stars. My girlfriend and I stopped here for dinner on the way home. It was our first time here and the food was absolutely delicious. We met Peter, he's an amazing host and frequently checked in on us along with his friendly staff. They are officially our new "Go To" place for top notch dim sum. The prices are very reasonable during an unreasonable economy. The Thai Tea boba is actually brewed and made fresh daily unlike the powder stuff that other places sell. Peter and his staff pride themselves on assuring that everyone's orders are made fresh and to their liking. There are no pre packaged ingredients in these meals and it shows. The Pan Fried Noodles with Chicken are absolutely a win. Unlike most other places, the noodles do not leave a sweet after taste from too many added sugars, but rather a savory aftertaste as it should be. The noodles are cooked perfectly, like a nice 'Al dente pasta'. The chicken is tender and very tasty, further adding the cumulative and savory experience. The Honey Walnut shrimp was the best we've had. The size of the shrimp was generous and the walnuts were honey glazed to perfection while still providing a perfectly crunchy texture. The Har Gow were some of the largest we've had and the texture was of the dough wrapper was soft, but cohesive. Most places we visit offer it as a goopy mess, but not here. The shrimp interior was even better, a solid morsel of meat and succulent flavor best describes it. The Steamed BBQ Pork Buns were also a work of perfection. The dough to meat ratio was spot on and the flavor was so good, you just can't stop eating one after another. The size of the buns were about the size of a baseball and come 3 to an order. Overall, I give this place an undeniable 5 star review as it will be our new place for Dim Sum. Thank you to Peter and the staff for being so receptive and courteous. You could tell each dish was well though out and executed by someone that cares about what they serve. Not only that, but they were I'm decently sized portions. We were stuffed and had enough left over for another round. And the price was very reasonable. BUT, to top it all off the folks that served us were sweet, friendly and cared about how we liked the food. What a great experience. It was completely unexpected.
