Upon walking in we didn't really know what to expect, in today day and age unfortunately anyone with a DSLR camera thinks they are a photographer. That's not the case however with Aries Studio 70. They have the expertise and passion to proudly be called photographers. When we arrived we were 40 minutes early. We had mapquested the address and it was a shorter drive then what we had thought. Even though Gaby and Andy were expecting us for almost another hour they greeted us with open arms. When I saw the set up they had for us, my jaw literally hit the floor. They had 3 amazing over the top stations set up with every prop needed to create a masterpiece. I had thought I would have to bring my own props. Mine failed in comparison to how elaborate their props were.. My husband and I choose a barn theme for our sons first birthday. Aries studio 70 had a miniature horse that looked so life like. It honestly looked as if we were on set for a movie or high end magazine. Gaby and Andy were extremely professional while also treating us like family. There work is amazing and you can feel the passion that they have for capturing your family's most precious moments.. 3 hours after our shoot we got a sneak peak of the photos and they were wen more amazing then I had dream of.. She came highly recommended from some friends, and we loved the finished product. So we overlooked that, and booked her for while my in laws were here and while all of our children were going to be home. About 3 weeks before our 2nd scheduled date I reached out to her to confirm some details, and she told me she wasn't doing photography anymore and completely canceled our session. No apology, no recommendation to someone else, not a care for canceling. Come to find out a week after what should have been our appointment, she was on vacation during our appointment time, and never stopped doing photography. She completely lied. Completely and total disappointed to our elderly parents who have never had pictures done with all of their grandchildren. With such a short time frame when she canceled, we missed our small window of capturing family photos when the adult kids were home, and the grandparents were here. Anyone who does family photos knows how hard it is to find and get on a good photographers schedule. Do not waste your money or your time.
