No clue how this "business" has monopolized our school districts photography needs. Short story... Basketball pictures, Fall of 2022. We receive a photo of my daughter and she looks like the She-Hulk because her skin tone is mostly green. We contacted the company and were made to jump through hoops in order to physically drive around Beaver to pick up the reprints after they acted like we were being a difficult customer. Not the end of the world, but not a great experience. Also, we received emails asking us to purchase a picture package from another 9 year old girls basketball photos who wasn't our child. I contacted the company and asked them to remove our contact info from the other family's account. The responses were lacking in any sort of professionalism or customer service. Fast forward an entire year to today. Again, we are being emailed to purchase someone else's daughters photos. Again, I replied and asked them to correct the mixup. The response was rude and showed a complete lack of understanding on the business end of things. We were told it was "out of their hands" as they use a third party printing service and I assume email service and there was nothing they could do and it wasn't their responsibility. Then went on to accuse me of being "angry" and hoped I had a better day. We explained how if we unsubscribed from all future emails that not only would it remove the other poor girls photo sales emails, but also our own daughters, and our sons for that matter since somehow this rinky dink operation has managed to latch onto the BASD photo contract....gotta be someone's cousin or neighbor with some influence, who knows. It seems like a business run by someone's high school kid who hasn't yet learned how technology works (no offense to high school kids). Also, the photographer was rude to our daughter in person. These people need to find another profession. As a long term fix, we will line our children up...snap an iPhone picture, and hopefully figure out a way to get it into the yearbook without having to deal with James and his incompetent assistant. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Would not recommend to anyone. It's a shame we have to use him for all the kids' stuff here in Beaver. Horrible customer service. I accidentally double ordered a package as the payment took a long time to go through and immediately sent an email detailing the mistake and saying I just wanted one order. My email was met with the most unprofessional response and a sorry excuse for customer service. I was basically told to F-off and that I wasn't getting a refund as the order was magically printed in the 2 minutes between the order time and my email at 7:30pm. Yeah, right. And, Margaret told me thst my order of 1 8×10 and 2 5x7, which cost $43(!) would be a huge loss to the studio. I even offered to reimburse for the 2 sheets of photo paper. Greedy is all I can say. You monopolize the entire county and can't fix a $43 error. read more
