This shop is located within the railway station in Eastbourne town centre. I have only ever been in here once, to get my passport photos taken and printed and i have to say, i was very impressed with the service. For just slightly more than the passport photo machines (those ones you see dotted about in shopping centres/outside supermarkets etc) you can have your photo taken in the shop by the gentleman who works there, see the images and choose which one to buy. He ensures that they are of passport standard, and won't be rejected for a passport application. I found him friendly enough and it was great value for money as well as peace of mind that your photo is up to the necessary standard. read more

Avoid at all costs - paid for 'approved UK passport photos'. HMPO rejected photo as out of focus. Returned to store and told I couldn't have them retaken as I had used them. Of course they were sent off. That's why I paid for them. Was offered a discounted retake but declined as the lady already proved herself to be an incompetent photographer. Only a fool would hand over more money. read more

Seeing the other reviews I had to put my own on here, if you go in on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and see Matt you get a superb service as he's a professional photographer. I took my family in for passport photographs and not only was Matt extremely helpful and friendly but he also made sure the images were excellent and perfect for our passport applications. Young children are very difficult to get acceptable passport photographs of but Matts friendly manner made sure they co-operated long enough to get the pic. Can't comment on other staff on other days but I found the service and quality from Matt superb. read more

For some reason when I write a review it doesn't appear so will try again..only go in on a Monday Tuesday or Wednesday when the nice young man Matt is their any other day is awful..he is great for baby passports he knows all the sizes etc as well as other photographic stuff or give him a ring on 07976 787617 the other days it's a women who is nice but rather clueless read more

What a nice man matt is..hes their Mon.Tue.Wed but dont go any other days as they have no idear of what they are doing..Matt told ne he has a degree in photography..he knows all requirements and is very very patient you can get him on 07976 787617 believe he also has a studio in Seaside read more

If it were possible to give negative stars I would. The woman was so rude, overcharged me, terrible pictures, not even sure acceptable and then made us pay will only brand new bills!!!!!!!!! I would never go back, PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO THERE, ANYWHERE ELSE read more
