Emailing to make an appointment also seem to be a process because even after a full day there is no reply to emails. The actual photography might or might not be good. However as a business the place absolutely sucks.

My fiance and I got engaged in NYC, and even though we didn't live there, we wanted to have our…read moreengagement photos taken throughout the city, particularly in Grand Central where we got engaged. After looking at a TON of photographers online, we chose Rebecca for two reasons: 1) her blog/portfolio was amazing, and 2) she was by far the most responsive photographer we tried to contact. Rebecca was in constant email contact with us, asking us how we met, where we got engaged, what ideas we had for our photo shoot. When we got to NYC, she also some location ideas of her own, and those ended up being our favorite!! We were able to relax and shoot easy with her, and she was very professional, on time, and got us our photos in a very quick turnaround time. Both my fiance and I LOVED our photos, and our families were equally impressed and excited! The best part about Rebecca (aside from her amazing talent) is her down-to-earth attitude and willingness to dive right into your project. We actually lost (I know, I know) our entire USB with our engagement photos, and Rebecca mailed us another one immediately for a nominal fee. She is so responsive, which I cannot stress enough having dealt with many other wedding vendors who have the "I'll get to it when I get to it attitude." Very highly recommended. The photo process didn't take to long and all the photos were uploaded to their website. They had a couple options of overly expensive packages. I got the package of 6 poses that cost about $275-295 after tax about $300-310. The shipping to very long so I kind of forgot about the photos. But they came today and I can't say that I am satisfied. The photos have a blurred filter on that is suppose to just remove blemishes but it removed more than blemishes it removed my skin texture and my eye wrinkles, which made eyes look smaller then they actually are. I was made aware the photos on the website were unedited but I was not made aware or given the option to keep them unedited or not. So some of my pictures don't even look like me. But if you want weird photographers that might touch you, long shipping, overly expensive packages, to not even look like yourself by the end of it, book with them. P.S. The one star is because they arrived that's about it

The idea of the iMuseum is great but a few things make the experience here lack luster…read more First the price is too high as the experience can take 30 minutes tops- in my opinion it's a clear money grab. Also at the price of admissions every Guest should be offered a ballon upon leaving. As for the Staff- it seems as their only concern is to process your payment. It's also obvious they do not want you to preview the space before entering. They are also are quick to give mumbled directions, and are inattentive to guest and seem to have no experience or patience dealing with groups and young people. Finally, there is no direct way to contact/speak to anyone from the iMuseum as their phone number is inactive and there is no immediate response from their contact form or instagram messenger. Regardless of all of this, the only positive thing I can say about the iMuseum is that its rooms are really cool to take pictures, but I do wonder if they are regularly wiped downed and cleaned as it's a touch experience.
