My original message: "I am telling every one of my friends to never shop in this store. I recently ordered a pair of shorts from FreshLabels online store and when it arrived they were dirty and the wrong size. I went to the store to exchange them and they would not accept the exchange as they were dirty and they accused me of cutting the tags off the shorts even though they came like that when I received them. On the website the only size available to buy were the size 26 (which was the size I ordered) but for some reason on my receipt it said size 28 but I didn't think much of it as I figured maybe there was a problem with the SKU and as the store said in their email to me that it was fine to exchange so I didn't think much of it. To top it off now conveniently the shorts are no longer available on the website so I can't prove that I ordered the right size. I am so livid. Don't shop here unless you want to get scammed."

She handed over 1000 czk for a 345 czk product. In summary, the cashier said it was closing time and all she had was a 455 czk change and insisted we take the change. After much hassle(and she called in the security guard), she finally return us the correct change. Unbelievable! First time in our travels(30 years) to come across such ridiculous conduct.

My hubs decided not to bring his long coat and later regretted it. We saw only one mid length coat here 2 days ago but it was missing buttons and the sales associate said we don't give discounts. It was kind of a blessing in disguise because that coat needed repair before wearing. Today we were walking and passing by Mango and I told Sam M, let's go check out if they have more coats there just for the heck of it. True enough it seems they received a shipment and they had about 6 coats on the wall, and one was in his size and in prefect shape. The European sizes are different then American sizes however they provide size conversations on the label of the clothing. Overall a good buy, considering its spring season and we were able to find him a coat last minute.~
