Before I went, I received the pre-screen call and was asked "do you really want to drive all the way here?" I thought it was an odd question because if your stuff is good, a drive won't keep you from going. So I was then told to bring $1200. I asked why and they said I had a deductible. I called my insurance and they said it's been met to go ahead and schedule. I scheduled an evening appointment. Prior to my appointment, they called and asked me to come in the morning. I happened to be off, so I went. I looked at is like me doing them a little scheduling favor, but I sat there 30-40 minutes. They finally got to me and asked about the money and tried to get me to sign a paper saying I'll pay $1200. I refused. They whited it out and then I signed. The PT was great and gave some new exercises as well as some physical manipulation. After the session he said go schedule again and get in asap and regularly. I went to schedule my next appointment and was told they are going to check on this $1200 and won't schedule me until they verify. Weeks have gone by and I've never heard back from them.

The atmosphere was very friendly and comfortable. I worked with Linsey and Gabrielle. Both took all the time in the world to show me the equipment, how the exercise worked and what benefit the exercise did. I was never stressed going into rehab, or coming out.
