One of the nice things about going on the road and traveling is exploring new eateries in the state and city I visit. I find myself in the state of Washington staying in the city of Kirkland and discovered this wonderful little Pho restaurant. The food was delicious both times that I went there once for Linch and the next evening for Dinner. Service was very friendly clear the staff take great pride in the dishes offered the service was quick and there was genuine appreciation for my business on both occasions no feeling of needing to turn over tables as quickly as possible felt free to "linger longer" and just have a relaxing meal. Eating indoors is a much better experience for pho than take out. They also gave me more tofu pieces in the pho than before! It's a perfect texture. Their veggie broth is decent. I've ordered the fried tofu appetizer from here before and it was really soggy and bad but if you stick to classics you should be good. For example. their banh mi are always good regardless of dine in/take out. Delicious Pho in a spacious, clean, healthy, and friendly environment. Easy parking right in front of restaurant too! Pho was brothy and on the lighter side but tasty and hot. Good portion of meats. Appetizers of Spring Roll and Crispy Tofu were fresh and delightful. Shaking beef was a bargain if you look at the prices. Not a huge portion but perfectly satisfying. Everyone was friendly and cleanliness was a priority. Utensils and condiments were brought out as we received the food rather than left on the table. Pho Mignon is pretty decent and legit Vietnamese fare! Who doesn't crave a hot piping bowl of Pho on a rainy day? Having recently move near the area, came here on a Saturday afternoon. Service was prompt, and a great menu selection. I stuck with my standard - Meatball Pho, and my bf has the Combo with additional tendon. What did catch my eye on the menu was the grilled pork rolls...not a lot of Vietnamese/Pho places offer this...I've honestly had to wait to visit LA for some solid grilled pork rolls! But to my surprise, they were delicious and bonus - they made it was a "crispy stick" (crispy egg roll pieces)! That is what makes the roll and I am so glad to have found a place nearby that has this! Thanks to Pho Mignon for saving me more trips to LA to satisfy my cravings! read more

Very tasty food. The noodles and rice were a big portions. The only reason I gave it a four stars was because the meat portions was small. Only two pieces of pork in the grilled pork bowl. The broth was amazing and warmed my body. Fell in love with the rocket shrimp egg rolls, a must get if it's your first time or your 20th time. Bomb! I like Vietnamese sandwiches and tried any Vietnamese restaurant. Most of restaurants are out of sandwiches at night. Here too. So I came to try to sandwich and pho at lunch time. I ordered house pho & combo sandwich. There are different size of bowls displayed at counter. I usually eat a small size of pho but here little smaller than other places. Soup base was a good. An authentic experience! I had not heard about this place much, but once a friend recommended it, I had to try it. I went on a Wednesday evening and was seated almost immediately. The staff was super friendly and kind. The place is small and cozy, and most of the tables are for 2-4 people. The kitchen is right behind the counter, and while they have curtains to hide it, you can almost see inside and see your food being made. The seats are hardwood, get kind of uncomfortable over time, but nothing major. The overall ambiance is casual and is great for a weekday dinner. We started off with A1. Fresh Spring Rolls, and they were delicious! Unbeatable 4/5. The tofu was soft and crispy, and the rest of the vegetables went perfectly with the rest of the dish. The peanut sauce was not as great, but it was still good. A 3/5 on its own but adds to the taste. Then we ordered the P1. Pho Filet Mignon - Medium and the Satay Noodles. The Pho was simply splendid. The broth was well seasoned and flavourful, and the noodles were well cooked. The tofu, like before, was excellent and really added to the flavor, even having it just by itself. The rest of the vegetables were fresh and cut in fancy shapes, making the entire dish look nice. It was just amazing, a solid 5/5. The satay noodles just blew me away. The sauce was the best I have had in the area. It was extremely flavourful, and the noodles were also fantastic. I was filled to the brim, but I kept eating because I just didn't wanna stop. Whenever I'm in Kirkland, this is the pho place I usually go to because it's fairly good, especially on a cold day. However, the other day, my mom and I went to eat here for lunchtime and it was busy, as usual. There was only ONE server waiting ALL the tables (about 12 tables) and I could tell she was struggling: doing a half job on clearing the tables for other customers to sit, taking orders one right after the other, and then when serving the food, she'd slam them down on the table (not intentionally) but enough to show she was in a hurry. As for the food, the pho is good--I get the Pho Combo most of the time. There is an abundance of meat: meatball, tendon, brisket, tripe...it's delicious! The ambiance could be nicer, it's kind of dull in there and not giving a friendly vibe, not really. read more

I came here with mom mom yesterday as we were shopping nearby. I ordered the seafood pho and my mom ordered the special pho. Upon our first bite we spoke out loud how it was soooo salty. My mom drank 3 glasses of water and kept talking about the saltiness. I ordered the shrimp toast and that was even more salty... the tofu was not crispy and soft (but flavor was good. Their coffee was good but a bit too sweet. The staff although, was super nice and friendly. Fire bro! Reminds me of pho when I lived close to Gardena Ca. This place is in point.

This is a typical Vietnamese joint. My wife and I have dined here many times. It is okay. The vermicelli and meat dishes are generally good. The sauce is not overpowering, the meat is seasoned nicely and tastes good, the vermicelli is cooked nicely (not al dente, but not breaking apart, just right). The pho is as good as most pho in the U.S. can get. We are used to the 'true' noodles, so the ones used here are... well, it's not bad, just nothing to write home about. I can't fault the restaurant though, it's quite standard across. The specials are underwhelming. The garlic beef pho is not good. You can definitely taste the garlic and it does indeed enhance the dish, but the cut of beef chosen is the wrong type. It is not fitting, and lends badly to how the tastes all come together. The portion size of the Hanoi-style vermicelli (bún chả) is small, and the sauce is overly salty. Given that the idea is to dip the vermicelli and meat into said sauce... yeah ruins the whole dish. So some dishes are pretty good, bordering 4 stars, but others are far below average. The Vietnamese iced coffee is good though. Not comparable to Cô Ba in Queen Anne, but is good. Overall I'll give this place 3 stars. It's... not bad, not great. read more
