Soup was just salty, no real taste. I ordered take out and wanted a large but when i got home their 'large' was basically a small and i paid extra to hopefully get a large (more noodle, more meat). If what i got was their version of a large then their 'small' would be itsy bitsy. Was so excited to have a pho place near my home, but super dissappointed that soup was mediocre and i felt jipped outta money for ordering a 'large'. Also when i picked up the order, the owner was not wearing gloves or a face mask. If someone didn't care about the health of its customers, i wouldn't wanna order from them again. read more

Looks like we found our new pho spot! Corona lacks fresh tasting Vietnamese food so we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and fresh the pho tasted, the broth is full of flavor and they are generous with their meat. The spring rolls were the best we've ever had. They were definitely made to order, the lettuce and rice paper were fresh the shrimp was clean and we also got a beef one which shockingly became our new favorite. It just had so much good flavor. The restaurant has a modern and simple decor, it looked very clean. Service was good, everyone working here was friendly and helpful and the food came out quick. Parking was easy and the location is in a newer developed area. The prices are similar to other pho places around and definitely fair for what you get. read more

First time trying out this place. The customer service was awesome! Called in our order which was a breeze and took about 20 minutes for food to be ready. All workers were wearing mask. There is seating inside and tables are spread out. The Thai ice tea was bomb!!! The egg rolls were a tad bit too thin for me and I would have liked it to be a little bigger. The spring rolls were very fresh and yummy. The combo fried rice lacked flavor and only had three shrimps in it. The spicy lemongrass chicken with butter rice wasn't as flavorful as I thought it would be. I was really disappointed. My son liked his chicken salad. Ordered to go with 2 sides of fatty brisket and we literally only got 5 THIN SLICES FOR $5!!!!!! A dollar a piece and 2 1/2 slices per a bowl!? What a rip off!!! This place opened recently so I decided to try it out. Clean interior and fairly modern compared to other pho places. I got the pho with rare beef, brisket and tendon. The tendon was well cooked. It was soft but juuuust a little bit of texture. I do have to say, the broth here is AMAZING! One of the best outside of home. The broth is so clean and well balanced. You won't need to add anything to it. I also got the spring rolls. They were your typical spring rolls. Delicious and refreshing The passion fruit lemonade was really refreshing and not super sweet. They add a lot of passion fruit purée so it's really flavorful. I would definitely come back just for more pho! I'll have to try other things on their menu next time. But I got the beef pho to go and after 10 min or so of eating it all the grease and fat rose to the top and it gave the broth a sour taste. Very odd. I tried to taste it again, but it was not good. First thing I noticed was how nice and clean the inside was, which I appreciate because a lot of pho spots aren't. The staff was very nice and attentive, I started with the order of fried egg rolls that came out quickly and were fresh out of the fryer. Came on a plate nicely presented with a delicious fish sauce. I got a half order and wish I would've ordered the full cuz they were that good. I got a small bowl of pho tai because it was cold and I subbed out for egg noodles. This was one of the best bowls of pho I've had in a long time. The broth had deep rich flavor, the meat was nice and tender as well as the noodles. Came here on a cold windy night and I'm glad we did! Initially we were told it would be a 45 minute wait but it did not take anywhere near that long to be seated! After our order was taken I noticed that they were not allowing any more parties (we were the last) even though it was still early to their 9pm closing time. It made me wonder but we later found out that they needed close up early due to Covid reasons most likely and that we weren't even supposed to be seated but the Manager Tommy saw us outside in the cold being patient. The food was amazing and hit the spot especially on a cold windy night such as this one. I ordered the combination Pho which is my usual go to because i love all the meats accompanied by crispy eggrolls and spring rolls. ALL SO GOOD! We were the last ones to leave Pho Koi and not once did we feel rushed to leave even though they were closing up. Instead, the manager Tommy made conversation with us and showed his appreciation for our visit! He was so grateful that he made some of the things we got on the house! Its really hard to find good Vietnamese food and Pho in Corona. We decided to try this new place out today. We had Shrimp on a Skewer, Bulaclac, & Chicken Hen. They were all delicious! The broth/soup that came with with each meal was delicious as well!! Not only was the food good, but the customer service was good too! Thomas the Manager, kept checking on us.
