The Pho here is delicious. But the Pad Thai is extremely salty and tomato based, so it tastes like spaghetti. Also, with the super salty food it should have been nice for someone to come by and refill our water, but that didn't happen. We may come back for the Pho but nothing else. And more than likely we will get it to go so we can at least refill our own drinks from home. read more

My husband and I always like to get pho when one of us is sick. It's our version of chicken noodle soup! So my husband is sick today, and we ordered a medium chicken pho for carry out to bring home. We were able to feed both my husband and myself, as well as our 7-year-old son. This is the best pho we've had in this area of Everett, and even our son who is super picky loved it (although he only added in chicken and noodles to his broth and that's it!). The service was very fast, and the staff was very friendly. We'll definitely be going back for more. read more

Hard to get excited about this restaurant. It is OK but certainly not of the quality of the best pho places. Consider it a safe choice when you are close by and seeking Vietnamese. To me it seems a lunch place or somewhere to sit and talk for a period of time. I can't imagine opting to eat here on my own. It can get busy. read more

This place is an excellent pho place, it is very cheap, Delicious, and fast. I really don't understand why people order pho for take out, pho is really made to eat right when you get it, not to let it sit in containers while you drive home. Mai Noodles also has everything you need for your pho at the table, hot chile oil, hosin, ect. Pho has always been filling so no problems their with the portions. The broth for the pho is excellent and you don't really need to ever order extra meat unless you get a large because that will also make the broth taste a little different because the small and sometimes the medium is not big enough. All in all this is one of my fav pho places around everett. read more

We have eaten there several times (some good, some meh) and today was the worst. They have been going down hill and finally hit bottom. Our order (to go) was missing a large pho and the greens were old and smelled rotten. Time to find another place as theses guys have lost it. read more

I ordered the Pho Tai Chin Nam, which has eye-round steak, brisket and well-done flank in it. It wasn't the most flavorful pho I've ever had, but it was good and there was a lot of meat in it. However, I didn't notice any difference in the slices of meat. Usually the brisket is a little thicker than the other types of meat, but I didn't see any of that in there. Still, it was good and satisfying, especially for the price. I also ordered the fresh spring rolls as an appetizer, and they were good and rolled tightly, which is very much appreciated! (I hate getting a loosely rolled spring roll that falls apart when you bite into it.) The sauces were good, and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere: Nice tables and chairs, music, etc. Service was prompt but unobtrusive. Overall, a pleasant experience. (Except for the rude customer who left her friend to go talk on the phone at a different table for about 20 minutes. What is wrong with people?) read more

I was in the mood for some spring rolls and peanut sauce. Should have gotten a clue when the place was empty. But I went ahead and ordered my spring rolls along with a Vietnamese sandwich. The spring rolls were ice cold along with ice cold peanut sauce - it was awful. The sandwich was disgusting. The place was a mess and the waitress seemed put out at having to take an order. I did write a good review on this place but they have mystery prices now. They come up with a price that they want to charge and don't change the menus. Very shady, I think they are going under because they had to get rid of that big tv they had. Oh and I don't get food poisoning very easy, but the undercooked or re cooked fried egg rolls. Anyways they were tainted and I had stomach pains for hours. Beware of the egg rolls, they need a sign like that, kinda like houses that say beware of dog. Dishes, cups and silverwear also have been coming out dirty. I think they stopped caring about quality and caring more about money. The owner also likes to sit and play video games on his computer while customers are eating. Shouldn't he be running his business? Well maybe he is running his business. . Great location, terrible service, i had to walk up and get my own menu while they sat around. Then I waited for them to take my order, then I waited for the food which sat in the pass window way too long. The meat in my pho was cut to thick and it was tough. Worst service I have had in years.. Walked in the door at 820p to place a to go order as they advertise they close at 830p.. Before I could get to the counter I was told that they were closed and not serving anyone... That's funny I thought as there were at least 10 people still eating.. So needless to say I turned and walked out only to spend my money at Subway next door. As I was leaving subway approximately 20min later and now 845p I noticed an Asian gentlemen pick up a to go order and leave with it... Funny I thought how I was just told they were closed and not serving anyone else or I guess anyone whom is not of Asian heritage.. Went there on a Friday night at at 8 p.m with 11 people and we were refused service and told to come back the next day. Don't worry dude after wasting an hour long round trip and being refused service we will never come back. read more

I ordered the spring rolls and the seafood phad thai. Now, I know that ordering phad thai at a Vietnamese place that I'm probably in for something different than from a Thai place. But this dish was bland and didn't taste good at all. The prawns were okay. The fish balls weren't that good at all but also some of them were cold and mushy on the inside as if to suggest they weren't even brought up to temp... which was a total taste bud turn off. And the kicker is that as I was biting in to the spring roll I smelled something off like a dirty rag smell after dipping it in the peanut sauce (which wasn't very good either). I then smelled the sticky wrapper and it wreaked of something that had been assembled on a surface that had been wiped down with an old dirty rag. Maybe they were having an off day but I'm not spending another $15 bucks with tip again to find out either way. This was a terrible lunch experience. read more

Ordered chicken pad Thai to go, it tasted like sloppy Joe sauce on noodles. Was so disappointed, not sure what it was but certainly not pad Thai. And they served it with the vegetables that you would normally add to pho soup. If I wasn't home already, I would have sent it back, and I have never sent anything back. Been eating here for a while now since it is the closest pho place to my house. My husband really enjoys their pho and says that it is prepared very well. I order the tofu bahn mi, which is definitely good for the price, I just wish that they would put fewer onions on it or that I could at least get them to remove them, but no one on staff speaks english well enough for them to understand. There have been several times where my sandwich has been 75% onion and sometimes they forget to put the jalapenos on too. read more

I have gotten take out here before but never dinned in. I did last night and it was bad. I ordered a hot tea and the waiter gave me a cup with warm water in it and a tea bag. I eat here often. Very good, if not the best Vietnamese food in the area. I suggest the Pad Thai (seafood). Seafood Pho, fresh rolls, fried rice with prawns, pork and egg (also order a small bowl of beef broth), coconut water with shaved coconut. read more

I've been there many times and usually it's good. they give you a ton of soup for the price. last time we went, soup was too salty. had to ask for water refills. the waitress sat up at the counter and played with her cell phone the whole time. they didn't give the punch cards a chance before doing away with them. I think the offer was seven punches and get a free small pho. like most places, too many rules as far as promotional items and then they don't give them a chance to work. *sigh* read more

I love the food here but the waitress / hostess is INCREDIBLY rude. Every time I've been there she's been impolite and made me grab my own food. I always say thank you and she doesn't say anything she just walks away. The food is awesome but this worker is horrible. I have considered not coming back because of her. read more

My husband Wayne and I ate here this evening after a real hard day. I walked in and there were probably six or seven tables of people. I looked and made eye contact and asked everyone "is the food good here" Everyone kind did a yes motion with there head. I tried to ask the man within feet of me, and my husband thought I was bothering the customers. I explained to my husband the man was trying to communicate with me and he stated he did not know. The same man came up to me and suggested some things, and low and behold we had an amazing meal. So happy it warmed our tummies. On the way out the waiter told us the man that was eating and that same man that came up to suggest the food was the owner. He was such a nice man! Not vain in the slightest about his position. I guess if you eat at your own restaurant the food must be good. It was for us! We are going back and will be regulars! :) read more
