I did not order by number, I just asked if they could make this for me. What I got was so spicy that I had to ask for water and said I could not eat this. I only eat 25% and tried to eat the dish. She replied that The bowl was almost empty. She was not going to listen to me anyway. I have never experienced such poor service. We did spend money on other meals and beverages. I was calm at first , but the more the manager did not acknowledge me and make me being the problem, the annoyed I got. When requested that I did not what to pay for they mistake, I was treated so badly. I was told that I need to read the menus and advise the server what I can not eat. IE spicy, soy sauce, etc.. In her words. Not my job I think. The manager was very unyielding and would not hear my comments. This was to frustration more than anything. She went on to tell see me that this was the end of her shift and she did not have time to deal with this. That was obvious!!!! They have great food, but I was treated bad with a very moody manager. I am very reasonable person and have been in customer service my years.. I don't believe the customers are always right, but this was very avoidable. Sadly I will not recommend this restaurant.

This place was only a few minutes from our hotel so we decided to give it a try! The menu is quite small compared to Pho restaurants back home. We decided to order the Beef Pho and their spring rolls. The broth for the Pho was flavorful and plenty spicy. I don't really have the highest spice threshold though, so maybe for others it's not that spicy lol. The spring rolls were delicious as well but I wish it came with more for the price or were at least larger in size. The interior was adorable and the staff were friendly! This is a great place for a quick lunch if you're in the area!

The broth was good, the beef was tough, and the bean sprouts, basil and lime squeeze were borderline rotten. The server looked at me incredulously when I asked for a fresher version of the side, and with a straight face told me "that is fresh". When the shrimp salad rolls arrived before the pho I told her they were excellent (although warm). She looked at me and said "really!", and then she thanked me. Before the pho arrived, she gave an equally inedible replacement of bean sprouts, etc! I guess she was letting me know that my concerns were beneath her. I'd order the shrimp rolls for takeout and refrigerate them myself, but as for dining in again: no way! The service was chippy and minimalist, and the sterile atmosphere is as cold as the service.

Salt and pepper squid - not a fan of the wasabi sauce they give for dipping this i like to just dip my squid with hoisin and siracha (I'm basic) but it was still very crispy when it came however it doesn't come with a side of rice so you need to order that separate. Overall I'd definitely order here again and would try other things here next time because all 3 items I ordered were great

I ordered some spring rolls which were super fresh ! Among the freshest I've ever had...wouldn't surprise me if it was made right after my order...the wrapper had a hint of warmth and literally melted in my mouth. I order the " beef sate soup", overall good flavor and very comforting as well as filling. Let me note that the spring rolls arrived well before the Pho so I could enjoy the rolls without my Pho getting cold. Other than that the service was not particularly enthusiastic; the servers were not friendly or fast. The restaurant has a pace all its own which is the reason I subtracted some stars. And I have also ordered the beef and spring roll over vermicelli rice a couple of times for take out. Will probably try more things in their menu in the future.
