Ty and Theresa are Rockport-area experts and will put you in position to catch a lot of fish. Check out their popular YouTube channel, 30 miles out, to see them in motion. They're also both really great people. They will teach you how to catch fish, no matter your level of experience fishing or kayaking. My wife not only caught her first fish in a kayak on our trip, but applied what she learned to catch a 24 1/2 inch trout the next day! We are definitely looking forward to the next trip!

Great spot for a group getaway!…read more We stayed here with 6 adults and it was perfect for our group. The hot tub got a ton of use every evening, and the arcade machine was a fun bonus that kept everyone entertained -- total hit with our crew. The location is fantastic: just a short walk to the local pub for drinks and dinner, and an easy stroll to the piers if you want to get some fishing in. Being so close to Aransas Bay gave the whole trip a relaxed, coastal feel. The house had plenty of space for all of us, and everything was clean and well-maintained. We'd absolutely book this place again for our next trip to Fulton!
