I signed a contract for a pickup day and time. They didn't contact me to tell me the time had changed to 4 to 6 hours later. Then they called me in the 5th hour to say the day would change to the next day. I only received updates when I would call them to request information. On the 4th day of them supposed to be coming to get the car they call with double the price of the signed contract for the car to be picked up. I Do Not recommend. read more

SCAMMERS!! EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM!! PHL Cargo Transportation is NOT a legitimate company and you should never work with them. For your sake. Martin Miller, Mike Thompson, Andrew (So Called Manager) are all liars And thieves. All started on 1 April 2024, when Mike quoted a price of $1100 where he requested a $200 reservation fee to get the driver, I paid upfront. After a day, he text stated that the driver had an accident and he's currently seeking another driver. Amid the frustration and inconvenience, I waited days to get a driver and had to be calling back to follow up. I did not get a driver from Mike, I requested a refund and he wanted to fee for cancellation. Hello ! I didn't cancel, you kept telling me that you could not find a driver. I ended up, using another transport company which stood to their time frame and communicated any issues. My car has been ship by another company but yet still I haven't receive my $200 refund. Call several times, spoke to Martin and Andrew, they only told the same lies Mike did. After a while, they stopped answering calls from my number. If I use another phone and call, I would get them. (Had to do this plenty of times for them to make up lies and hang up). I'm just finding the time to write this review to help you all. Please stay clear of this company if you don't like headaches and actually want something to be shipped. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Please save yourself money, time, and frustration and work with a different company. I signed a contract and we set up a time for my car to be picked up and they cancelled that day 30 minutes before it was supposed to be picked up. They rescheduled to pick it up a week later. On that day they called me in the morning to tell me that they redid my contract and charged me double the price of the original quote. To make it even worse they did not even pick up my car that day, this was all after I already paid $100 to reserve the driver.
