Owner blamed the insurance company for the delay, but the body shop had received payment from the insurance in less than a week of the van being delivered to them. Then when they finally sent an invoice to the insurance, we were charged nearly $900 in restocking fees for parts they only ordered a couple days before. I believe the body shop intentionally drug their feet to maximize the amount of storage fees they would charge. They definitely weren't looking out for me as the customer, only trying to line their own pockets. I would NOT recommend this body shop.
