We also got the pea hummus brioche (all the brioches looked delicious), which was the most buttery and soft texture. Lastly, my favorite was the carrot hazelnut cake with cashew cream, topped with blueberries and a gooseberry. I will be thinking about that dessert for a while - probably one of my favorite sweet bites this year. The vibes were also very cute inside and all the servers were so sweet and helpful. My review is only based on the breakfast here and, if that is anything to go by, I would imagine your dinner experience will be just as good. The thing I love about this restaurant is that they list all their ingredient suppliers and, they are all local to the area. This is always something that gets my attention and you can see it with the breakfast service. The breakfast service is one of the nicest I have had, in a hotel in Germany. The ambience is nice and the staff are very friendly and prompt. This place makes poached eggs to perfection (a rare occurrence in Germany) and, the Weißwürst is one of the best I have had in Bavaria. The fruit counter is fabulous and there was tasty fresh mango available in the morning amongst other fruits along with fantastic Bircher muesli. The choices are plenty and they even have a little kiddies breakfast counter which seemed very popular with the kids. The choice of breads, cold meats and everything about this breakfast service was excellent. If you have a room at the hotel, breakfast is included in most cases and you can enjoy it in a great atmosphere. The staff even remembered my order the next morning, and asked if I wanted the same, a rare occurrence in Germany ;-)) I would come here again for sure. I would also like to try it for dinner and update my review accordingly.

She also made sure I had time to photography the nockerl. It did not disappoint! It was fluffy and I love the berry cream and the ice cream that came with! It was just the perfect amount of sweetness and definitely worth a try! The apple strudel was bathed in vanilla cream (you can also get it with ice cream). It was flaky and warm.
