Moved to a new location, requiring an extraction, calling the Dentist who took care of me many years ago and they weren't taking anyone who wasn't in their system so, I was not able to see him, so off to search and found an opening with a new Doc, and the same day they were able to get me in! From the paperwork, to the assistant, to the procedure my experience usually fought with fear and anxiety of will they hear me with my concerns? And they did hear me! From the moment I sat down in that chair! From wiggling my toes, to all that you can imagine with a removal of a bad tooth! I Would recommend again! Staff and dentists were awesome, however while coming up with a game plan i visited the office and called to pay the bill, I was informed they would wait until the insurance was figured out. I received a bill from a collection agency instead of them. when i called to discuss this i was informed bills are a courtesy. no thanks there are other places. read more

Horrible customer service, outrageously expensive. I got estimates from other dentists in town and they were significantly less. to the tune of 3 K. Plus they push there religious material on you. Never going back. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had something wrong with my tooth they did and I moved all the way back across the states. They called me asking for more money that the insurance didn't cover. I told them that I was not happy with the job. Didn't try to help at all sent me straight to collections. Then when I called to ask about that they kept avoiding my calls. Terrible customer service. If I could I would give a ZERO star rating. First visit today and I was scheduled for a cleaning. I waited 30 minutes in lobby to have someone call my name and never introduce themselves with their name or job title. Back she takes me to exam chair to I think Have my teeth cleaned by a hygienist but that was not the case. She proceeded to polish my teeth before anyone had even looked in my mouth(i have never had my teeth cleaned this way before nor did i learn in hygiene school to clean teeth in this order) she then stood up to floss my teeth! After polishing she told me dentist would be in and I said "that is it" and she said no, dentist would "scale " my teeth if they needed to be! CRAZY CRAZY!! Dentist in for an exam, went over med list, took a few and I mean a few probes and checked a few occlusals. He told me that I didn't have any buildup on my teeth just a few spots with stain so he scratched (that is what it felt like)a few places and that was it. No oral cancer screening test nor did he go over my xrays with me. Before I left office I cancelled appointments that I had made for my 2 boys as I will not pay for below standard care. PLEASE go somewhere else for your dental care. just another thing my insurance company was charged for a service that I never received read more

The dental hygienist didn't clean my teeth good at all and I've never had a cleaning where the instruments hurt my mouth. It was as if it was her first time cleaning teeth before.Then I was told my porcelain veneers were a thing of the past. The dentist looked at my teeth for less than a minute and said yours good to go. I was not offered a care package either... I will never go back there read more

I got teeth work done and they charged me before hand(which was a lot of money) then said they would send to insurance and I will receive money back. I never received anything from insurance because they never sent my claim into insurance until a year later(which insurance will not take after a year) so I lost out on a lot of money due to them not being professional or responsible. They then kicked me out the door and just said sorry when I tried to figure out the situation. They were also very rude. read more

They only did a cleaning and did not take Xrays. Did not hardly touch the back teeth.
