They always have the hallways clean and very well maintained building. they have a great community room/patio area if your having a get together, and if you like to work out they have a nice work out room too! We live in the 3 bed/2 bath unit overlooking the pond and love seeing the wildlife (the few trains…read morethat go by are intermittent and not loud in the apartment itself). The common areas are always clean and well kept and having the friendly, helpful management staff on-site is very reassuring. We had a problem with one of our air conditioners and maintenance was there the very next day installing a new one. The fully equipped common room with pool table and dart board was invaluable when we hosted Thanksgiving for our large family (and free to use). If you are looking for an affordable, non-smoking, clean and close to everything in town apartment, look no further!
