Tried to charge me $768 to repair. Brand new device is $500, swapping out the main body is $180, or the repair kit is $80. I questioned his pricing on repairing back flow preventer. He would not be transparent and itemize the charge. I asked why I would spend $768 when I can buy a brand new one for $500. He got offended, said he would do the work himself if in my shoes and then refused to do the new drip line, the only thing I called for. Total waste of time and money. Not happy. Avoid.

In the past, we tried to get the original installer to add the sprinkler to the system, but no returned phone call. We also had to have another company do the back flow testing last spring. If you contact Scott for irrigation service, he will schedule a firm date for the work, and will text you ahead of time to confirm.
