I have been a customer since it's opening many years ago. The pharmacy service has been down hill fast for the last 2 years . You can stand at the counter for 3-5 minutes without any one even looking at you. Today was the worst it's ever been. 4 young women and a pharmacist. The 4 assistants were all looking for one lost order for 7-10 minutes while other customers were ignored. this was the last staw for me. changing to Jean Coutu. read more

Owner "Ms. Fatema" is very good. Very good service... even though a closer pharmacy opened up near our house we still go to this Pharmaprix as they have better hours and Fatema is great. read more
