My wife needed a topical pain relief while we were on a house hunting trip in Menton France. She stopped into Pharmacie Victoria and the pharmacist gave her what appeared to be a custom mixed lotion. After a few applications, her back pain was greatly reduced, and there was much less strong smell compared to the normal commercial products of that type. Also, the pharmacist was a jovial and entertaining fellow. My wife still tells the story of how his first question, after she described her symptoms, was "are you married?" As it turns out it was so he could make sure she had somebody to apply the lotion to her back.
