From going into multiple smaller pharmacies (probably 10+) and also comparing prices with Pharmacie du Forum Des Halles (much larger store with larger selection) and comparing with Pharmacie Monge Notre Dame, the prices were more or less the same between these 3 larger pharmacies (some products would be a few cents or a euro cheaper at one or the other for each pharmacy listed). The prices are definitely more expensive at the smaller pharmacies unless you find a special deal on a specific product. CityPharma sometimes has special deals for buying multiple products of a certain brand, but there were none when I went. If you want a more leisurely, spacious, and calm shopping experience, I would recommend going to Pharmacie du Forum Des Halles since there is way more space and employees to help you and prices are similar.

We came across this pharmacy close to our hotel and our original intention was to load up on some skincare products (which they have a TON of at great prices). In the US, we don't really ask our pharmacists for medical advice but we were quite surprised with how helpful the pharmacies are here in France. They triaged my wife's symptoms and even ran a strep test, Covid test and flu test to see what medication would be best. I was ready to leave my wife in Paris if she was positive for any of the above conditions but unfortunately the tests all came back negative within a matter of minutes. Darn But all jokes aside, the pharmacy was super clean and organized, the whole process was streamlined and done all under one roof, and the pharmacist was very personable and helpful. Great sense of humor as well! So if you're ever in town and in need of any kind of medical advice/remedy, I would definitely check this place out. But even if you're not sick, it's worthwhile to stop by because they carry a lot of great beauty products for a fraction of what you would pay in the US. My husband was able to download his pediatric acute care nurse practitioner license, email it to them, they printed it out in case we should need a copy and scanned a copy for themselves. The Anapen comes in a box of 2. The pediatric dose (less than 30kg) was approximately $30 per pen. The adult dose (over 30kg) was closer to $45 per pen so $90 a pack.
