Today we decided to try out the food, and thankfully were not disappointed. The interior is VERY tiny, but very clean and surprisingly inviting for such a petite establishment. The owner was behind the counter and extremely friendly, even before my husband (who is bilingual) told him in passing that this was our first time there. Hubby ordered the special of the day (the club sandwich) and I ordered a chicken breast. Both came with a nice-sized side order of fries, a container of their BBQ sauce, and a container of coleslaw. After visiting all the other popular chicken places (St-Hubert, Fusee, Scores, etc) where I swear they all use the same sauce base with less or more pepper per place, Vic's uses an entirely different sauce than I am used to, and I REALLY enjoyed the difference. More tomato-y with a kick, and went VERY well with both the chicken and the fries. They accept cash, Interac, Visa, and MasterCard, and deliver as well as have group specials.

Maybe not the sides, but definitely the fries you want. I ate wings and fried chicken for dinner and the next day I woke up wanting more. It's not greasy chicken with soggy skin. There was a delay in my order as the new register had an issue, but they should have begun cooking my order while trying to figure it out rather than make the customer wait the extra time. The food itself was quality and tasty! I tried the wings (jerk) which came with an order of fries (they actually looked like potatoes, not frozen!). It was sliiiightly pricey ($12 where I would expect it to maybe be $10) but not enough that it would push me away from ordering. They have ample seating and I'm sure they'll be quite popular once they're fully operational.

First the poutine was cold when they brought it out. Second when they brought out the new one. Cheese curds were not melted and gravy was from a powder package. No flavour at all. McDonald's would be better. The steak came out grilled to the way I ordered but had no flavour at all no good seasonings just a walmart shake on seasonings and the stuffed baked potato was a baked potato with bacon and cheese on top.
