This was not the case at all, I was so grateful for Nicco's commitment to my case. He was always reachable and responsive reassuring me throughout the process. I never felt uniformed to unaware of the next steps or potential hang ups. Nicco was sensitive, thoughtful and detailed. The amount of time spent with me even during my free consultation was impressive, from there I knew I had found the perfect balance between a knowledgable professional and real person who got how devastating and life changing it all can be. Excellent service from start to finish. Very knowledgable and very kind. Always keep you updated with progress of the case. Five star to Nicco.

Afterward, I discovered through State Bar records that he was banned from practicing law during the time he accepted my payment. This was never disclosed to me. I was also later informed by a family member that he was reportedly attending drug rehabilitation classes during this same period, which added to my concern about his professionalism and ability to represent clients. This experience caused serious financial loss and stress. I strongly advise anyone considering this individual to verify State Bar status independently before hiring

After reading Ms. Linder's reviews, I decided to schedule a consultation with her, and I cannot express what a difference that conversation made. First and foremost, she was kind, approachable, and incredibly easy to talk to, which immediately put me at ease. Most importantly, there was absolutely no hint of condescension at my lack of legal knowledge. I explained my situation and she listened attentively and patiently, asking thoughtful and relevant questions to gain a clear understanding of my circumstances. Even though I was not a client, I felt like I was speaking with someone who genuinely cared and wanted to help. Unfortunately, it turned out that she does not practice the specific area of real estate law that I needed assistance with. Regardless, she generously took the time to educate me about my legal rights and provide valuable guidance. I highly recommend Ms. Linder. She is a true professional, and I only wish she had been able to represent me in my case. Thank you Ms. Linder for your professionalism and kindness.

Upon contacting Ms. Kemnitzer's firm via her firm website, she responded immediately the next day and scheduled a telephone call and a videoconference to review all of the facts in great detail. As an attorney myself who's been practicing for more than 15 years during which time I've dealt with many, many lawyers, I can personally vouch for Ms. Kemnitzer's aptitude, professionalism and responsiveness. As a person, I can say that Ms. Kemnitzer exuded sincere understanding, empathy and a genuine passion for helping others; she's wicked smart with exemplary credentials and practice experience, but yet extremely generous with her time and attention. With her assistance and expertise on California's consumer protection laws, she was able to quickly obtain a concession from the dealership - full rescission of the purchase contract, with my father currently scheduled to return the vehicle and receive a complete refund on his down payment and any installation payments he's already made. I highly recommend Ms. Kemnitzer's legal services without reservation. I should also note for anyone who may be in need of legal representation in these types of matters that her firm does not charge clients for attorney's fees or costs and they don't accept cases on contingency. Instead, as Ms. Kemnitzer would explain, fees and costs are paid by the party defendant pursuant to California's fee-shifting statutes. In other words, win or lose, her clients don't pay. I can tell from the short time I've had the pleasure of knowing her that Kristin is a tremendously effective advocate and a terrific person.

It's interesting how LloydWinter, P.C. proudly advertises the following on their website: "LloydWinter, P.C. will fight for your best interests and won't force you to settle outside of court if it's not in your best interest. In your time of urgent need, we offer aggressive litigation experience with a proven track record of success. When a dispute arises, our attorneys provide wise counsel and strong, knowledgeable legal representation." Sounds reassuring, right? Yet when I reached out with a personal injury claim a very basic form of civil litigation I received only a vague, generic email saying they couldn't help, with no real explanation. I followed up with additional details in case they needed more context to consider my case. No response at all. Then, only after I posted an honest review did they suddenly find time to reply publicly to clarify that they don't practice personal injury law. Funny how they couldn't be bothered to communicate that clearly upfront or acknowledge my follow-up, but were quick to jump in to protect their image. If you're looking for a law firm that says one thing on their website and does something else when you actually contact them, LloydWinter, P.C. may be the place for you. For everyone else, I'd recommend finding attorneys who value consistent communication and basic courtesy.
