We bought an used car from Toyota Angelópolis and are very unhappy with the service and the…read morebehavior of the staff. The whole process was very unprofessional and disappointing. First of all, the car ran out of gas while we were on a test drive, it hadn't even have enough gas to get to the gas station. We had to wait 30 minutes for another Toyota staff to come and bring gas. The car had a small crack in the front window. It was promised that the glass will be exchanged before the car is delivered. That did not happen. Now the salesman, Mauricio, is not even answering our calls to fix this. As well, the agency should be ashamed that they employ people who can't properly explain the contracts and the financing. I had to make them revise the contract 2 times because the calculations were wrong to their advantage. I feel that they did that on purpose to trick us into paying more. Then they asked us to come there to sign the final contract and pick up the car, but it wasn't ready. We waited 3 hours and then were told to come back the next day. While waiting we had a snack at the bar and my wife got, on top of it all, sick with a food poisoning from the undercooked food. We really wanted this car, that's why we signed the contract in the end but I will never buy a car there again.
