It seemed odd that the owner asked me to return in 4 hours. Four hours for a haircut? The appointment I had made seemed useless, but I didn't complain. I returned in 4 hours to pick my puppy up. First and foremost, the haircut was not like the pictures I provided. It was quite possibly the worst my puppy had ever received. I went in with specific pictures of what a normal haircut looks for my dog's breed, but his hair was cut nothing like it. But that's not even half the story. When we returned home, I noticed my puppy started to scratch profusely all over his body. He was clearly distressed and was not acting like himself at all. Later that day, I examined my dog and to my utter shock I saw that his entire body was infested with fleas! I'm very vigilant with flea and tick treatment for my dog, there is not a single doubt in my mind that my dog got infested with fleas after visiting this establishment. It took days to rid him of all the fleas. If you are taking your pet in for a hair cut, please take precautions and don't allow your pet to stay there any longer than necessary. The longer your pet stays there, the higher the chance it too will experience the same infestation mine did. I personally will never return here again.

I was so pleasantly surprised with how well taken care of he was and his sweet temperament. He smelled so good, the pen was clean and neat, he had a nice little trim, well fed, so playful and bouncy, and when I got him home, I was even more surprised he was already introduced to a crate! He went right to bed in it. He's even begging at the door to go out during play time to potty at 8 weeks; unheard of in toy breeds! He def knew what a lap was and is just so well rounded for a young puppy. This is the very definition of ethical breeding. The employees are so kind and ready to help. I will make this my first stop whenever my small animals need something.
