We were the only clients booked for our time frame. We definitely knew our pets were the priority. Kya our dog generally gets very nervous at the groomer but Nicolas sat with her on the couch and made her feel relaxed and at ease. Kya even managed just fine with the dryer, they placed a protective band around her ears that helped to keep her clam. Bree our cat has a difficult time keeping herself clean in her older age. Alexandra was able to trim the areas that need the most attention. With her bath and comb out she came home smelling great and her fur was very soft and smooth. Nicolas and Alexandra definitely place the care of your pets first. I highly recommend them and we look forward to a great relationship with them and our pets.

They did a great a great job of evaluating our pet "Allie"…read more We had a terrible and ridiculous assessment from Countryside Vet in Appleton first. We will NEVER go there again. The vet at Animal spent a full hour assessing Allie and gave us a proper diagnosis and plan. (Compared to a little over ten minutes at the other establishment) We feel much better now that we actually know what is going on. The bill was also HALF of the other place. So, real time spent WITH experience and care. A PROPER diagnosis and plan. This is what a concerned and educated vet does. This is real service. Thank you so much for this. I highly recommend The Animal House over Countryside (pathetic and uncaring). Thanks for having a real vet.

It was my first time there as my husband usually takes our dog. She was nervous and pooped right when we got there. The lady took our dog and pointed and said the bags are over there, and she left with our dog. Over there WHERE? I found a roll of large plastic bags that I assumed were used for this purpose but was having trouble finding the starting point. she came and rather abruptly took the roll from me saying, "It's Not That Hard". She filled the bag handing it back to me saying the trash can is out by the kennels. OK .... so where are the kennels? Our dog looked wonderful when I picked her up and was handed a canvas bag with dog treats and a pen. Nice gesture, but in the future would prefer a little customer service skills instead
