If you're looking for a gas station that employs rude, staff incapable of empathizing with customer experiences, and a management team who would rather talk in circles and try to rationalize the inappropriate behaviour of their employees rather then actually resolve the issue, then this is the place to go!
I had a pump malfunction and spray gas all over me and when I addressed it with the staff I was treated like a complete moron. Following up with the manager was useless as he spent most of the time trying to justify his employee's actions. Safety protocol and first aide education is non existent at this establishment. For a manager who claims to have decades of experience in the customer service field I think he might want to enroll himself and his staff in a common sense/empathy 'how to' program.
Find a gas station with kind, knowledgable, and considerate staff/managment. Otherwise, like I said, if you're feeling really good about yourself and need to be knocked down a few pegs I would encourage you to fill up at this establishment. read more
