The (horrible) story beings I am sorry but with a Prof…read moretitle I was in hopes that I would be in the best care of all dentists-- NOT. I do not want to brag but I have pretty great teeth and I have never ever had a cavity in my life but at a checkup about 4 months ago she told me I had a cavity and had to drill. I believed her and got that done. Fast forward 4 months later -now- I was at another dentist for a regular checkup and some gum pains since I moved to Hamburg. He told me I had excellent teeth and I never had a cavity but I should have had professional cleaning done since my gums were not in the best condition -- well that was the ORIGINAL reason why I went to Frau Froehlich in the first place -- she ended up never telling me that I had some sort of inflammation instead she told me I had a cavity and had to drill and all I need to do is use some sort of mouthwash. My present dentist told me I do not need to waste money on expensive mouthwash cause my teeth are in great condition. Further, the nurse at the desk -- older woman is not at all friendly. I was booked for an appointment- showed up (missed work) and was told I was not booked and she did not recall talking to me on the phone. FYI- not many English(Canadians) speaking German in Rostock -- she lied through her teeth. SO I had to come back the next day and but I had to wait 20mins So that was my first and LAST time here. Anyways, if you want GREAT service and to get your money's worth do not go see her. Go elsewhere!
