Awful experience in the Wexford store today. Had to cancel original appointment due to my dog having an ear infection, cancelled appointment booked another for a month later. Rang on Friday to double check the time & they couldn't access the system & rang me back an hour later. Man who rang me back wasn't very friendly & gave out that my phone number had no been updated on the system & thats why it took so long to ring back. Maybe double check the customers phone number if you are calling back. Too busy being so smart on the phone he forgot the time of the booking & had to go check it again. Told me 14:30 for appointment on Sunday, written in my diary. Arrive up today at 14:20 & they tell me that my appointment was for 12:30 not 14:30 & very unapologetically said it had been missed. Neither groomer nor Manager showed any empathy to the mix up on their behalf. Asked would be another month before another & they just shrugged. Extremely unprofessional not an apology in any shape or form, will never return & will encourage others to do the same. Not the first bad experience I have had or heard about from this particular store but certainly will be my last. read more
