Not happy with the Willmar store. We went through this store for our wedding rentals and it was…read morestressful. Their hours are horrible and calling on off hours gets you a full voicemail box. We had a pair of pants that were 3 sizes to small and could not be replaced by the wedding (6' 3" person who is 160 pounds?! That's what the shop wrote down when ordering the pants. Please tell me how it is humanly possible to be 6' 3" and 160 lbs?! On the original note they had the correct size but it was changed in ordering). My husband was charged for shoes but no shoes were ordered for him. He was measured at the shop for his shirt. My husband usually wears a 17 neck... they ordered him a 15 neck shirt which was of course to small. We were refunded for the shoes and the pants that did not fit but not for the shirt. The reason for no refund on the shirt was because we apparently had time to swap for the right shirt. The store opened at 10am on my wedding day so I was at the church making calls to figure out these problems. If they wanted us to fix the shirt they should have offered to bring it to me rather than thinking we should drive into town to exchange. In summary; bad hours, bad service, incorrect orders delivered and not fixed.

In one case, they didn't have an item on the shelf that the online app said they had, so the employee went to the stockroom and found the recently delivered box of items and brought them out for me. Very friendly staff and helpful! Definitely will shop here again when I am back in Willmar.

The Target Staff was awesome. Ashley and her assistant took my bike outside and actually took the time to install my new bike carrier onto the car so I could haul bike home!!! Now that's GREAT customer service!!! They were never annoyed...just treating a guest with respect!!! I will be doing all my shopping at TARGET now because of these two remarkable employees!!!!!

I always find something I love! The 24/7 line is to die for! The staff at the Willmar location is amazing. You can tell they have a great leader who sets high expectations for customer service and over all store shopability. It's clear the staff are well loved as they reflect it to their customers.
