This is the worst company I have ever done business with in my whole adult life, 60 years. I first called these guys in early Feb, 2020. I wanted a 4 ton long frame floor jack just like one I already had, and an air axle jack. It took several days and multiple calls to get a shipping quote. I asked several questions and all were answered with total conviction. I asked if the picture of the jack on the web site is what the jack will look like? Answer, "yes." I asked if a "reconditioned" jack is repainted? Answer, "yes, they are gone through completely, everything is fixed, lubed, rebuilt and repainted. They look brand new, and it could have faded paint from sitting around." These are important questions and the answers match what most businesses do. The answers also match the definition of "reconditioned." So I felt comfortable with buying them. About a week later, they arrive. Two jacks banded to each other on a pallet, rubbing the paint off each other for 1200 miles. Instead of a blue Walker 4 ton with 1/2" steel plate side rails like the picture on the website showed and just like my current jack, I got a red jack with box frame side rails, a much cheaper design and certainly not what I was told it would be and not what I expected. To make matters worse, it is in "garbage dumpster" condition. The paint is a quick rattle can job that covers the dirt and rust on the top side of the jack, horrible. The bottom side is covered with thick old rust, all the welds are rusted, all the linkages and drive shafts and u-joints, covered in rust. It appeared to have been submerged in salt water for years. The two front wheels barely turn from rust on the axle, the two rear casters are destroyed, one is missing all the ball-bearings, the other is locked up solid from years of rust. I can't see any evidence of a pump rebuild. Every nut and bolt you need to remove to rebuild it has red paint on it from being poorly painted years ago and grease/dirt around the fastener from years of sitting around, but no marks from any tools or wrenches. Everything works hard because of lack of lubrication for many years. But somebody took 5 minutes to repaint the saddle flat black (non-OEM color). I took 50 pictures of this condition and they will all be in the YouTube video. Very disappointing. The other jack was the correct model as far as I can tell, but certainly not in the great condition of the picture on the web site and not what "reconditioned" should look like. The top half is painted flat black via rattle can, the bottom is covered in rust. All the linkages and drive shafts and joints are rusty, which makes everything hard to use. The wheels are rusted, they painted the outside flat gray primer, very sloppy, got paint on the tires, which are all chewed up anyway from years of use. The inside of the wheels are covered in rust, not painted, probably because they don't expect you to look there. I figured I better check to see if it works. They didn't include an air fitting. So I had to find one and install it. I hooked air up to it and immediately noticed an air leak. I looked closer; the 20 year old dry-rotted air hose was cracked open. This all happened on a Friday night, so I had to wait until Monday to call. I did email them Friday night asking them to call me Monday morning, but that didn't happen of course. So, an hour or two after they opened, I called. I started to tell my story to the woman that told me the jacks would look brand new with the exception of possible "faded paint". At only a couple minutes into the story, it sounded like the phone was ripped out of the woman's hands, and it's the boss, Robert Petersen. He did not have the patience or willingness to listen to my story. He kept saying "our expectations are different". I told him my expectations are based on what your employee told me and what "reconditioned" means as a word. Robert Petersen was a hard to get along with foul mouth unprofessional angry person. I told him I didn't appreciate his cursing and he got much worse to include the F--- word seven times. He told me to send them back. I told him to send the truck back, this was a freight delivery via a tractor trailer. He acted like he was not going to do that. I told him I would like to know that day that they are scheduled. He said he would do it when he's ready, and slammed the phone down. He or they never called me. I called the next day, the boss isn't there. It took 2 weeks of trying to get the jacks scheduled for a return, the boss is never there, and the woman can't do it with out his approval. Two more weeks into this, I told the woman that I would accept the jacks in this condition for a refund of $266. That would leave me enough money to buy the parts I need to fix them right. Robert refused and refunded me $133. Avoid these unprofessional crude, lying, cheating, thieves. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!! read more
