I needed to completely redo my back yard and Liat was amazing in coming up with design ideas. She incorporated all my requirements to design a yard both functional and beautiful. Even when we ran into small challenges, she worked with me and Tony the foreman to come up with great solutions. Tony and his crew were very efficient and did excellent quality work. He provided suggestions for minor changes that improved the overall look. Everything looks great and we have got many compliments on the yard and how it all fits together. Am getting them to come back this year and help me with my next project. Great communications, reasonable price, great consultation and design and great work! I highly recommend Park Landscaping! Hopefully they act in a more professional and safe manner when they are at a work site and not as reckless as they are on the roads. I can only imagine they must have been sleep deprived after days of clearing snow right now. Still no excuse to drive aggressively in a company truck (or be on the roads at all). If your employees are that stressed out and reckless on the roads, send them home to get some sleep.

CAUTION! BEWARE of Summit Custom Hardwood. We had our hardwood stripped and refinished by Summit…read morelast year. The worker rushed through the final day and applied the top coat, we believe, before the last coat of stain was dry. There were streaks all through the hardwood. A short time later, I had Steve (the owner of Summitt) in to check the poor finishing. The streaks are very obvious. He said those would disappear in about a year. We waited and this past spring, we had him in again to point out that the streaks were still there. He asked us to increase the humidity in the house, or wait for late spring or early summer, so that all the gaps would be filled in, then they would come back and fix the problem. We waited until the gaps filled in, then called to set up an appointment. Steve was to call us back. We waited about a month, then called again. We were told to expect a call the following morning. Again, no return call. Waited some more, then tried again. Our calls were never answered and it was obvious the staff had been told not to pick up any calls from our number. I finally called from a different number and sure enough, the call was immediately answered. Once again, I was told Steve would call the next day. That was a around the end of June and to date, no call. I've never been anything but polite and patient with these people. The office/store staff are very nice but the owner is a huge disappointment. It is sad that he does not stand behind his company's work. So much for the guarantee--"ignore and they will go away" appears to be the motto. So, in our opinion, Summit does not deserve your business. There are plenty of other choices. Try a different hardwood company.
