Initially, the doctor would only superficially glance at my areas of concern, and solve everything else with a "might be eczema, I guess" and " you should get that checked out, you decide when" devil may care responses. After what I believed was a pre screening appointment was done, I was let know that that was it. No tools, no examination, nothing but a small talk and generic solutions based logically on my answers which I could have googled. I had to stand my ground and let them know I was required to get a full screening per my insurance and that that is something I told them over the phone. The front desk lady was not happy to be made to work, and after getting all my information wrong, tried to move me outside of the front desk area. The doctor did see me again, which is what got them a second star for fairness, but none of my problems were recognized, addressed, or solved in this visit. No implements or tools were used to revise me, so this visit truly did not bring anything to me but disgust, anger, and the loss of a couple of PTO hours

I'm in the medical industry, having spent 22 years as a surgical rep before opening m own business and had been in surgeries thousands of times so I know what good looks like. From the consultations (2) to the surgery to the recovery to the post-op care, it was just easy and very nearly painless. Dr. Clark and his surgical nurse, Etta (best plastic surgery nurse in the area) did an artful job! I looked on RealSelf and saw so many images of 'old school' suturing techniques which resulted in much more noticeable scars that I was thrilled with the refined result. I opted for the overnight stay at the surgery center (recommended) which made the recovery even easier. In fact, after the first 24 hours, I never needed a pain pill. Cori, the office nurse was knowledgeable and kind enough to come in on a Saturday and make sure I was in good shape to travel (which I was!). Less than 2 weeks after the surgery I was at a social event - confidently - and when I returned to work 30 days later (I took a month off for vacation over the holidays to go the mountains - not because of the surgery), none of my employees noticed anything until I asked them! I went to my hairdresser today (7 weeks post-op) and even though she knew about the procedure, she didn't notice until I reminded her: the scars (hidden behind and in my ears) were nearly gone. My hairdresser is the hairdresser to a lot of high profile people and she commented that it was some of the best work she'd seen. And a hairdresser would know.... The little touches were great too: a goodie bag of products including some camouflage makeup and special shampoos, and a lymphatic massage and gift certificate for a facial. I had the lymphatic massage done the day before my surgery as well as 3 times while I was on vacation, and had minimal swelling after a week. I highly recommend having the lymphatic massage, especially after comparing experiences with girlfriends. Bottom line is, I am more than thrilled with my look which is natural and subtle. I wanted to look like me - just refreshed and Dr. Clark exceeded my expectations on all counts. Thank you, Dr. Clark and staff for turning back the clock a few years.

I am very expressive and tend to raise and furrow my eyebrows often. At age 26 I already had lines of wrinkles forming on my forehead.
