Before I went off to college, I came to this place frequently. I got colors, cuts, highlights, all with no issues. I was always happy with my hair after coming here! It was a bit pricy, but never too bad. My most expensive bill was never over 75 Euro. After a year away, I decided to come back to get an all over light color for the summer. I thought me and my stylist had an agreement on a shade, but afterword my hair was much darker than what I was hoping for. I was also in the chair for 4 hours! I was upset that it was not what we agreed on, but I was even more upset when I got the bill. It was over 100 euro, which was a major increase from what it was not even a year ago! After spending 4 hours in the salon, I was just so done with this place I didn't ague with the management, but really wish I had. Now, several hours after leaving, I can still smell the bleach and chemicals in my hair. Americans, I'd go on Panzer before I'd come back to this place. read more
