I swear lawyers have created their own way of speaking. If you have ever had to read a contract you will know what I mean! Each sentence seems to go for a whole paragraph. By the time I get to the end of a sentence, I have forgotten what was going on at the start. I had to get some help with a legal contract last year. Fortunately, a friend recommended Peter Jones. He was a huge help. He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood each section. He also pointed out the most important bits amongst all the excessive wording and was really thorough. I landed with a lawyer called Guy Gibbons of Bennett Carroll solicitors and, I believe, he is the most unprofessional , unethical, disrespectful, ignorant, money-hungry person I have ever met. His staff, the ones with ethics, only stay with him for a short time until they become aware of his tactics . The people at the Courts are aware of his greedy nature and indicate just how many of Guy Gibbons ' clients have been taken to the cleaners to extract the exhorbitant fees he charges. My experience of him is that he lies, fabricates excuses, ignores instructions, and generally unhinges all options for a speedy execution of any matter so that he can increase his fees.
