Dr. Phil speaks very good English and has a wonderful sense of humor, but most importantly he is very professional and even managed to make me feel comfortable while he pulled out two of my teeth. So in short if you do not speak German, this is a English friendly place to visit. He also speak Dutch if that helps anyone.
